Spend to Earn: Every dollar you spend equals one point. So easy to remember!

Delivered Delight: Your points pop into your account as soon as your order arrives at your doorstep. 

Pre-Order Perks: Pre-ordering? No worries! Your points will show up shortly after your order is delivered. A little patience, a lot of rewards!

Any points you transform into vouchers are here to stay. They'll always be waiting for you on the Rewards page under the Reward History button.

 What’s in Your Reward History?:

• When you created the voucher
• The voucher's value
• The code to use at checkout

🛒 Checkout Magic: Any eligible vouchers for your cart will make a surprise appearance at checkout. Are you seeing the theme of “it’s really easy” yet?!

If you do return an item that you got points for, those points will be deducted from your account.

We've got several voucher options with minimum spends, all clearly marked in the Rewards tab. Look above your voucher selection to see the details (currency is USD).

• Spend $69 to use a $15 discount
• Spend $129 to use a $25 discount.
• Spend $149 for a $35 discount.
• Spend $169 for a $45 discount.
• Spend $200 for a $50 discount.

Pro Tip: Your cart must hit the minimum spend before taxes and shipping.

In most cases points can be earned, but exceptions may apply! Discounts can't be used during live events. But don’t worry, you can still use them for all your fabulous website or app purchases!

Here's the scoop:

One Discount Code at a Time: You can only use one "dollar off" discount code per order, including those codes from our newsletters. There may be very rare exceptions to this rule, but this is generally what to expect, so if you try and it doesn’t work, this is why!

Sale Items: Got something on sale? You may still use a discount code. Some exclusions apply. Make sure you hit any minimum spend requirements for the discount amount. If it doesn’t work, check any sale details you can find or reach out to customer service.

Your birthday points are coming to the party! 

Birthday Timing: If your birthday is within 30 days of creating your account, your points will arrive 30 days after that. Otherwise, they'll show up on your birthday!
