AFTERPAY

 

Where can I use Afterpay? Anywhere on our US site - www.thesashbag.com but not in store. Remember to choose “Afterpay” as your payment method at checkout, register with Afterpay and provide payment details (they accept Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account and complete your order.

*Please note that all items in your shopping cart must be eligible for Afterpay, and the total value must be between $35-$1,000.

Can I use Afterpay if I am an international customer?Afterpay is only for US customers with US billing addresses. Afterpay will not be available to create for customers with international billing addresses. 

When will the payments be taking out of my account?

Customers will be asked to make the first payment (25% of the total) at the time you create an order. Three remaining installment payments will be deducted automatically from your card on file every two weeks. Payment plan approval and all payments will be approved

What happens if I can’t make a payment?

If funds are not available at the time an automatic payment is due, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee by Afterpay and a further fee of $8 if the payment is not made within 7 days.

When will I receive my Sash?

Just like any other order placed at Sash, please allow 1-3 business days before shipping, with standard shipping time of 3-5 days.  *Faster shipping options might be available for an additional fee in some areas. Reach out to info@thesashbag.com for more information.

Is there a limit on how much I can spend on a single transaction with Afterpay?

Yes. You must spend at least $35 and up to $1,000. Actual purchase approvals are determined by Afterpay. 

Can I use a gift card and Afterpay in the same transaction?

Yes, you may use a Sash gift card with Afterpay to pay for your purchase.

*Please note that you may not purchase a Sash gift card using Afterpay.

How do I return or exchange an item if I used Afterpay?

We process returns and exchanges with our regular procedure. You have a 30 day “try it and love it” guarantee. In order to receive a full refund for the bag, it needs to arrive back to us in "like new" condition. Actual refunds will be processed by Afterpay To process a return, please contact info@thesashbag.com.
